Waller cosntruction is one of the best contractors that I have ever used. They were organized, creative and helpful throughout the whole process. I have built 8 offices and I will not use anyone else other than Waller construction from here on out. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs construction for a small size project to a large one like mine.

Last year Hurricane Milton laid a tree over our garage and damage some interior space. We were lost at that point. We trusted another contractor who was attempted to scam us and the insurance company. Brian Waller took on our house and got us restored. This process was daunting but Brian and Clint (project manager) eased our worries and dealt with our demands like professionals. They listened to us and gave guidance that was invaluable throughout the process. They gave us our home back fully restored but more than that they gave us peace of mind! We will be forever grateful for Brian and Clint and the Waller team!!

I recently hired Waller Construction for a comprehensive home remodel, including new plumbing, roofing, flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms. From the start, Brian collaborated closely with me to establish a practical budget that covered the majority of my renovation goals, and the project was impressively completed within that budget. The Waller team handled the kitchen layout and design in-house, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail. Waller Construction has done several large (and smaller) projects for us over the years. Most recently windows, drainage, soffits, house painting, pool painting… a garage renovation from flooring all the way up to new ceiling! They take care of everything! If there’s a question or problem, your GC is on it. Very personable and responsive. There’s a reason we’ve been going back to them over and over. You can trust their work and commitment to completion to your specifications.

The Waller Team helped every step of the way to get through our insurance storm damage claim and then did an amazing job replacing our roof. They did such a great job that we had them redo our office, Master Bedroom and our walk-in closets. They are the BEST!!!!

Waller Construction completed an extensive renovation of our home following two insurance-covered water incidents. They stood with us for three years and two mediations as we fought our insurance company to get them to do the right thing. Almost no space in our home was left untouched. Just completed my third renovation project with Waller. Each one has turned out better than I would have imagined. I really appreciated their design consulting (I have no vision for this sort of thing) and their transparency with their pricing. They are great at scaling a project for your budget, and their service providers are always a pleasure to work with.
